How can I view my Order and what are the shipping times?

To check the status of your order, Sign In to your Account, go to Orders. Here’s what you will see. 

Preparing for Shipment: This means we’re currently processing and packing the goodies for your pet. You’ll receive an email to let you know we received your order. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information. 

Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will also see a link to track your package. After the order is sent, the tracking number will be uploaded to the store order and marked as fulfilled.

Delivered: Your order has arrived! Orders are delivered 7 days a week before 10 p.m.

Shipping Times: The shipping time depends on the shipping method you select and the destination. The shipping method is determined according to the destination country of the order and the weight/size of the package. Please note that some products are not yet supported for shipping to certain countries.


What is Catnipster's refund policy?

Choosing a refund to your account balance may expedite the process, allowing you to use the funds for future purchases or withdraw them at your convenience.

Non-refundable Cases:
  • Delivered Orders: No refund or replacement if marked 'delivered'.

What should I do in case of missing packages?

In case of a missing package, Catnipster offers a full refund. No refund will be offered for products that show they have been delivered to the provided address. 

Does Catnipster offer refunds beyond a certain timeframe?

Yes, refunds for order delays will be issued if the delay is more than 31 days under normal circumstances, more than 41 days during peak seasons, and other timelines adjusted for unforeseen events. Specific conditions also apply based on destination countries.

In which cases will Catnipster not issue refunds?

Refunds are not issued for delivered orders, unclaimed packages destroyed after 48 hours, tracking issues related to customer error, disputes denied for expired tracking information, certain shipping options, orders to specific countries, and for subjective reasons like product dislike.

How do I cancel or change my order?

To cancel an order, do so prior to shipping fulfillment which usually takes 6-8 hours. To change order, simply fill out a new order after cancelling and check out shopping cart.

  • ePacket can deliver to the U.S, Canada, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Greece, New Zealand.

UK Express:
  • All packages ship to the UK will use UK Express by default, Not ePacket.

US Express:
  • US Express can only deliver to the U.S (Military base not included). Carrier: USPS. You can choose this fast shipping method when fulfill an order.

Where Can I Check My Tracking Number?

All packages are shipped with a valid tracking number after the package ships out from our warehouse. The tracking number will automatically updated to your Shopify Order Status Page. You are also sent an email when your order has been processed and is out for delivery.
